Paul Kozloski
Paul has been Chairman and CEO since the company’s inception in 2005. Prior to joining Biomedical Synergies, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of American Tissue Services Foundation, a nationwide tissue bank. He was also employed by The American Red Cross and Owens & Minor Inc. in a series of sales and operations management positions of increasing responsibility.
He is an accomplished chief operating and sales executive with more than 30 years of proven expertise. Below are some of his areas of expertise in the medical, surgical, blood, and tissue fields within the healthcare industry:

Sylvester Williams III
As the Vice President of Technical Operations, Sylvester is a 20 plus year hospital, tissue and blood banking industry professional. He is a Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) and a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS). He has specific expertise in the quality and regulatory requirements associated with laboratory testing, blood and tissue (HCTP) manufacture, release and distribution.
He is also a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) with auditing experience with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 13485, 21CFR58, 210, 211, 600, 610, 820, 1270 and 1271. He also has auditing experience with the industry standards for AABB and AATB.
Sue Kozloski
As the Senior VP of Project Management, Sue has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and IT project management. She earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). During this time, she developed a working expertise in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), recognized as an American National Standard by ANSI.
She also received an ISO 9001 certification from the International Organization of Standardization and a certification Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Certified as a manager of process excellence, she graduated with honors and has held the following positions:

Logan Branjord
As the Director of Information Technology, Logan is a Microsoft Certified SharePoint Application Developer. He is a certified Microsoft SharePoint Configuration expert and an accomplished information technology architect. His background as an IT Consultant includes software development, information security, web development, database architecture, and general IT infrastructure guidance.
